Providing psychological support to rural communities
At Mindpath Psychology, we believe that every client is unique and deserving of support that is tailored to their individual needs. Our clinics are located just outside of Boonah and the Gold Coast region. Our psychologists work closely and collaboratively with each client to develop a deeper understanding of their individual needs, goals, and preferences. We use evidence-based therapies and regularly review progress to facilitate safe and effective therapy.
We offer a range of services to meet the needs of our clients, including individual and group therapy, and cognitive and academic assessments. Our psychologists are available for in-person (face-to-face), over the phone, and video conferencing (e.g., Zoom and Skype) therapy sessions.

Mark is the founder of Mindpath Psychology. He has over 20 years of experience as a Psychologist and is fully endorsed as a Clinical Psychologist. Mark is trained to deliver psychological therapy for a broad range of clientele and has a particular interest in working collaboratively with clients who feel stuck in their trauma. He spends a lot of his work hours supporting first responders and other clients who are experiencing symptoms of trauma and PTSD. Mark's approach is largely informed by neuropsychological research about trauma's impact and how the brain tries to make sense of traumatic events. Mark is an accredited EMDR practitioner, and he uses this approach to support clients to process their trauma so that they can no longer feel stuck or hopeless. Mark is also an accredited supervisor, and he offers supervision to Provisional Psychologists, early career Psychologists, Clinical Psychology Registrars, and Counsellors.
